The staff was helpful and patient!!! The cleaning staff was superb, always leaving the room immaculate. The bed was pure utter luxury, definitely a highlight.

The parking situation nearby was slightly difficult.

the staff were very helpful and friendly .

The breakfast was overpriced considering its limited options. The coffee machine was broken, and the decaf option was unavailable. the plastic chairs on the terrace were broken, a problem reported but not fixed, so it wasn't a good experience. also, i noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. It was quite unpleasant

The staff was very cute. They were professional and friendly. They want to help you. They make you comfy. I love my stay. The hotel is outside the main tourist area so it was less congested.

The hotel was a bit dated. It could do with a refresh.
